Free access to Sequeli's resources

Sequeli has a growing range of resources, many of which are now freely available for viewing and download on SequeliNetwork:

  • Sequeli System resources for reviewers, chairs and report writers as well as commissioners and managers. The materials are now in sub-sections: Principles, Knowledge (including law, policy and research), Skills, Quality Assurance for Reports and Guidance on Learning from Reviews, Investigations and Inquiries. For a full list of the materials go to Sequeli System for learning of lessons.
  • Powerpoint presentations and other training material from Sequeli's archived seminars and workshops
  • Sequeli's training materials as incorporated into materials for the Home Office on domestic homicide reviews and for the Department for Education on children's serious case reviews
  • Links to organisations which can provide useful information
  • Occasional articles and blogs
  • A discussion forum

SequeliNetwork's Resource Library is Sequeli's redesigned and improved method of sharing materials. The re-launch of this section of SequeliNetwork enables reviewers, chairs and report writers to register without any fee. Academic institutions and experts are also welcome to use the material, as are victims' advocacy services, charities who have an interest in the process of learning lessons from serious untoward incidents, legal services, professional organisations and government bodies.

SequeliNetwork is the only interactive online resource for ALL types of review, investigation and inquiry: children's serious case reviews, domestic homicide reviews, mental health investigations and safeguarding adults reviews.

Please note that the development of SequeliNetwork is an ongoing process. Please bear with us whilst this improvement is taking place.
