Sequeli System

Sequeli's System is a set of resources for training, learning and practice designed to help reviewers, chairs, report writers and commissioners learn from serious untoward incidents. They are based on Sequeli's Core Competencies and cross-refer to them. They are created using a broad range of expertise and are applicable to all types of review and investigation.
